Within 12 months of purchase, if your battery experiences a defect not caused by human misuse, you are eligible for a repair or replacement.
How to apply:
- Provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
- Contact us via our official email or the Contact Us page.
⚠️ Note: As a consumable item, battery capacity naturally depletes over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Process

(1)Contact Us: Please click "Contact Us" for further assistance.
(2)RMA Authorization: Once approved, we will send your RMA number via email. Please mark/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
⚠️ Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by our after-sales team.
(3)Return product: The RMA is valid for 30 days after issuance. Returned items must arrive within this period. Please provide the shipping carrier and tracking number when sending the product.
(4)Inspection & Resolution: After receiving the returned package, our technical department will check the returned items. We will reschedule the battery within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods.
